FSSAI’s Hygiene Rating Scheme is an online, transparent scoring and rating process which certifies food businesses on the basis of their food safety compliance and allows consumers to make informed choices. Food Service Establishments such as restaurants, cafeteria, dhabas, bakeries, sweet shops and meat shops can voluntarily register and get themselves audited under the Hygiene rating scheme.
